4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is $9.99 per month. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to update it as necessary.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at afterdarkbetweenus@gmail.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content and immediate access upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. All sales are final. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or billing mistakes.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Uses
